Sandpiper Pool Memberships

Members do not need to be residents of Maplebrook 1 (MB1) to hold a pool membership. All Naperville residents are welcome!

If pool members are also MB1 residents, the annual HOA dues are included in the pool fee.

All new members MUST fill out the 2025 New Membership Application by clicking the button below prior to making the payment. After the application is submitted you will be redirected back to this page for membership selection and payment.

Level 1 Pool Membership

Subscription period: 1 year, on: March 1st. 

This membership is for either a household containing 1 individual or for 1 youth (age 11 older). Waiver must be signed by adult/guardian if applying for 1 youth member.

Level 2 Pool Membership

Subscription period: 1 year, on: March 1st. 

This membership is for a household containing two individuals (one of the individuals in this membership must be an adult). 

Level 3 Pool Membership

Subscription period: 1 year, on: March 1st. 

This membership is for a household containing 1 to 2 adults and any number of children.  Plus, an identified “care-giver” (nanny, grandparent, or other) now included with this membership!

HOA Dues

Subscription period: 1 year, on: March 1st.
